Practical strategies are provided to help clinicians recognise communication barriers, avoid assumptions, and adapt consultation approaches when working with diverse patient populations.
The lecture also explores how culturally informed care integrates with osteopathic principles, including patient-centred communication, informed consent, and collaborative treatment planning.
